Mid-term rental savvy

I grew up in the Philippines and moved to the US in 2014. I am a US Air Force Disabled Vet. In 2021, I saw the struggle of finding accommodation during extended travels. I started satisfying the lodging needs for traveling medical in Tampa, Florida, which led me to discover Mid-Term Rentals. Now I accommodate every kind of corporate travelers from insurance, contractors, digital nomads, etc.

I, together with my 2 partners, own most of our 52 doors under management. We operate in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Maricopa, and Mesa, Arizona. We also cater in Tampa, Florida. We have 24/7 staff available for any needs. We believe that everyone deserves a great rental experience. We are committed to providing our MTR guest(s) with exceptional service and streamlined process.

 My mid-term rentals helped me to achieve financial freedom. This knowledge is not mine to keep. I made it my mission to offer a course that is affordable for everyone. I started MTR Savvy to share my experience, proven strategies, and what I've learned to help others maximized their cashflow.
